Welcome to PARE
Who We Are
PARE is an all-encompassing design studio led by licensed designer and strategist Steffany Hollingsworth (FASID), and is based in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
We specialize in exhibitions, product design, art consulting, art curation, and interior design for commercial, hospitality and high-end residential projects regionally, nationally and internationally.
PARE guides the entire design cycle for a project space from our first consultation to new construction or renovation, furnishings, and curation.
We have long-standing relationships with local architects, builders, and artisans, aligning with just the right talent to fully realize your space.
Steffany Hollingsworth,
Designer | Strategist
Steffany founded PARE in the belief that the creation of extraordinary spaces goes hand-in-hand with the curation of art and collections, textiles, meaningful objects, and memories.
A hybrid New Mexican and Texan, Steffany’s love of vast open spaces, where the imagination is allowed to run rampant, has shaped her approaches to projects and client challenges.
Steffany is an award-winning New Mexico-licensed interior designer, is NCIDQ certified, and is an esteemed Fellow of the American Society of Designers.
Steffany has appeared on HGTV’s Designers’ Challenge, and her work has appeared in Leading Residential Interior Designers and New Adobe Home, and is shown (in collaboration with her former firm) in the Kohler Permanent Showroom in Kohler, Wisconsin.
Her interior design practice has spanned residential, hospitality and commercial projects, while her product design has taken her to Asia and Europe working in the lighting and quartz industries.
Our Design Philosophy
At PARE, design and curation is a matter of distillation and refinement.
We know that great design is personal, intentional, and cleverly provocative.
Our work is guided by a clear conceptual vision that is balanced by a deep sensitivity to materiality, scale, tactility, and the unexpected.
PARE imagines and realizes refined spaces that reflect the needs and aspirations of the people who experience them.
We design with clarity, restraint, and a reverence for how our clients live and move through their spaces. We believe that quiet can be as powerful as ostentatious.
